These Terms of Service apply to VidoMation ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Bjarne Schulz,
Danziger Str. 4, 32602 Vlotho, Germany. We operate https://www.vidoai.de
and related services that link to these terms.
By accessing or using VidoMation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
VidoMation is a creator platform for AI-assisted short-form videos. It helps users prepare vertical videos,
customize captions and publishing settings, and share approved content to TikTok through an official
user-confirmed workflow.
VidoMation may include tools to generate video concepts, create or select media, review final video content,
edit captions, configure publishing settings, and start an upload or post action selected by the user.
3. TikTok workflow and user approval
VidoMation uses TikTok Login Kit so users can connect their TikTok account. VidoMation may request the scopes
user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish to support the connected workflow.
The Content Posting API is used only after the user reviews the content and confirms the upload or post action.
Users can generate or upload/select a video, review the final result, adjust captions and settings, and then choose
whether to upload as a draft or publish directly.
VidoMation only uploads or publishes content after explicit user confirmation.
VidoMation is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok may reject, remove, restrict,
review, or otherwise moderate content according to its own rules and systems.
4. Connected accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for complying with the rules of connected
third-party platforms. You may disconnect connected accounts where the service provides this option or by managing
access directly through the third-party platform.
5. User content
You are responsible for prompts, video files, audio, images, captions, publishing settings, and any other content
you create, upload, generate, review, or publish through VidoMation.
You must have all rights, permissions, and licenses needed for your content, including rights for music, likenesses,
voices, trademarks, third-party clips, and other protected materials. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
6. AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or infringing. You must review all generated or
prepared content before using, uploading, or publishing it. VidoMation does not guarantee reach, monetization,
engagement, acceptance by TikTok, or any other performance result.
7. Prohibited activities
You agree not to use VidoMation to:
create, upload, or publish unlawful, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or deceptive content;
infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights;
impersonate another person or imply unauthorized endorsement by any person, company, or platform;
generate spam, scams, malware, platform manipulation, or other abusive behavior;
circumvent security controls, access limits, API limits, or platform rules;
use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
8. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy at
https://www.vidoai.de/privacy-policy/.
It explains what data may be processed, including account connection data, user content, and upload-related data.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of VidoMation at any time. Third-party APIs, AI providers,
and platform rules may change independently from VidoMation.
10. Disclaimers and liability
VidoMation is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, publication success,
platform approval, content performance, or business results. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable
for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, platform enforcement, rejected uploads, or misuse of user content.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Germany where permitted by law.
