2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.vidoai.de and to VidoMation, a web-based creator platform for AI-assisted short-form videos. VidoMation helps users connect TikTok, generate or select videos, review content, edit captions and publishing settings, and manually confirm upload or publishing actions.

3. Website access data

When you visit this website, technically necessary access data may be processed by our hosting provider. This can include IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and server status codes.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably, analyzing errors, and protecting the service against misuse.

4. Account connection and TikTok data

VidoMation uses TikTok Login Kit so users can connect their TikTok account. With the requested user.info.basic scope, VidoMation may receive basic account information needed to show the connected account and support the requested workflow.

If a user chooses to upload or publish content, VidoMation may process video files, captions, publishing settings, upload status, and technical identifiers required by TikTok's Content Posting API.

5. User content and AI-assisted features

Users may provide prompts, video ideas, media files, captions, and publishing settings. This information is processed to generate, prepare, review, upload, or publish short-form video content as requested by the user.

If AI-assisted features are used, selected prompts, scripts, media, or related production data may be sent to external AI providers needed to complete the selected generation task. We do not use user content to make unsupported public claims, testimonials, or performance promises.

6. User confirmation before upload or publishing

VidoMation only uploads or publishes content after explicit user confirmation.

VidoMation does not automatically upload or publish TikTok content without user approval. Users review the final video, caption, and publishing settings before confirming any upload or direct post action.

7. External providers

Depending on the features used, data may be processed by external providers such as hosting providers, TikTok, AI generation providers, or infrastructure providers. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur where providers operate internationally.

8. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This public website does not currently use behavioral advertising, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or comparable tracking tools. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this Privacy Policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
